Choccy and I have devised a method of naming a man of the match MOTM, each game.

Each game someone different (perhaps the person having a mare! Captains choice) will need to collect the match fees from players. When doing so, he will ask each player to contribute an extra 50p and nominate a player other than himself for MOTM.

The £5.00 is then put behind the bar for whoever is MOTM.

Not so sure about the "the best fielder in the club" title you've awarded yourself!
